Pregnancy is one of the important and stressful  stage in a woman's life, thou it depend on  Certain practices and doings of a woman, For the period when the baby is developing in the womb is not easy. In these post you will get all to do to keep yourself and the baby safe and healthy.

Abstain from Alcoholic substance

Drinking of alcoholic substances during pregnancy have adequate effects on the foetal safety and you must abstain from it totally. Drinking one or few  alcohol drinks a day can lead to what is known as Foetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS). It is a symptom that is been caused by heavy drinking of alcohol during pregnancy.
Drinking alcohol during pregnancy can have a negative effect on the Baby as follows:

1. Retarded growth. 
2. mental disorder
3. Facial malnutrition
4. Low birth weight. 
5. Immune deficiency.

The alcohol fancy a rough toxic effect on the foetus which will increase the risk of oxygen and glucose limit to the foetus. The most important of alcohol drinking is in the first month, which is even before she is sure about her been pregnant. Drinking alcohol at early stage of pregnancy may result to abortions, birth effect and decrease baby birth, Although weight occur more in pregnant women that take a small and a little  amount of alcohol.

Smoking:
Smoking is another harmful and dangerous habit for pregnant women, cigarettes stops the circulation of the blood to the foetus, by withheld the circulation of nutrients. Any reduced energy to the foetus during pregnancy will restrict foetus growth and increase the risk of low birth weight. Smoking during pregnancy causes premature delivery.

Avoid Unhealthy Diets:
Nutrition is the most important during pregnancy. The result of a pregnancy merely depends on the diet choices of the mother during pregnancy.

Advice: Being a pregnant women you should avoid hard drugs and alcoholic substances in order to safeguard your health and the little creature in the womb (baby). All drugs must be exempted from, it should only be taken upon an advice of a qualified medical doctor or a physician.
